1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how VomiuStream Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the VomiuStream mobile application (the “App”). VomiuStream provides a photography studio notes experience—sometimes presented as Clatar Studio Notes—that helps creators capture lighting setups, prop inventories, scene cards, A/B comparisons, lighting planners, cover tools, and PDF exports.

We designed the App so that most of your creative work stays on your device. This Policy describes what information may be processed when you use the App.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Information stored on your device

Depending on how you use VomiuStream, the App may store locally on your device:

• Profile details you choose (such as nickname and avatar image)
• Setup cards, prop locker items, lighting plans, comparison history, and related notes
• Images you add for covers, props, or references
• Local Credits / coin wallet balance and transaction records
• App preferences and feature usage state needed for the experience

This information is kept in on-device storage (for example, UserDefaults, Application Support files, or local media files) so the App can function. Studio notes and wallet balances in the review experience are not overwritten by a remote account balance.

2.2 Device sign-in and identifiers

VomiuStream may use a device-based sign-in (for example, a device UUID stored in the Keychain) so you can open the App without creating a username and password. We may process limited device and app context such as device model, operating system version, language, country, time zone, and package identifiers as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

2.3 Purchases

Optional Credit / coin packs are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We receive purchase signals needed to credit consumable coins on your device. Payment card details are handled by Apple, not by VomiuStream Team.

2.4 Analytics and measurement

The App may use measurement or analytics partners to understand installs, attribution, and product interaction so we can improve VomiuStream.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve App features you use
• Remember your profile, setups, props, comparisons, and Credits balance on device
• Process in-app purchases and apply coin credits
• Deliver VomiuStream’s own studio tools (including cover generation and comparison reports)
• Support PDF export and system sharing you initiate
• Measure performance, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We may share information only in these limited situations:

• Apple — for App distribution, purchases, and platform services
• Service providers — including hosting/infrastructure and analytics/attribution partners, under appropriate purpose limits
• Legal reasons — if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect users, VomiuStream Team, or the public
• Business changes — if we transfer assets related to VomiuStream, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or notice

Content you explicitly choose to share from the App is shared with the destination you select.

5. Data Retention

Local App data remains on your device until you delete it within the App (for example, Delete Account) or remove the App. Purchase-related records needed to prevent duplicate credits may be retained locally as required for that purpose. If you contact us for support, we retain correspondence as needed to respond and for legitimate business records.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an on-device-first creative app. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Please keep your device protected with a passcode and up-to-date software.

7. Children’s Privacy

VomiuStream is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. International Users

If you use VomiuStream from outside the country where our services are operated, your information may be processed in other countries. Where required, we take steps consistent with applicable law for such transfers.

9. Your Choices

• Edit or remove local setups, props, and profile details within the App
• Use Delete Account in Profile to erase review-module local data on the device
• Delete the App to remove remaining local App data from your device
• Manage App Store purchases through your Apple ID settings

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
