VomiuStream
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VomiuStream mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”) operated by VomiuStream Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using VomiuStream, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
VomiuStream is a photography studio notes app that helps creators organize lighting setups, props, and scene references. Within the App you may see the experience branded as Clatar — Studio Notes & Setups. Core features may include:
Feature availability may change as we improve the App. Discover examples are bundled for inspiration and are not a public social feed.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use VomiuStream. The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VomiuStream for your own creative and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
You may create setups, props, notes, images, nicknames, and related materials in the App (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely as needed to operate features you use (for example, storing and displaying content on your device, running VomiuStream studio tools you request, or exporting a PDF you initiate).
You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights needed to use it in the App, including rights to any photos of people or property you add.
Studio notes, profile details, and Credits balances in the review experience are stored locally on your device. Deleting your account in Profile erases that local review data.
VomiuStream may offer optional consumable Credits (also called coins) used for premium in-app studio tools such as cover generation and A/B comparison reports. These tools are provided as VomiuStream’s own services. New users may receive a one-time starter Credits grant as described in the App.
Feature costs shown in the App (for example, coins required to generate an image or a comparison report) control at the time of use.
The App relies on Apple platforms for distribution and in-app purchases. Your use of Apple’s platforms is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. We are not responsible for third-party platform services we do not control.
The App, including its design, branding, bundled Discover inspiration, software, and related materials, is owned by VomiuStream Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you, other than the limited license above and rights in Your Content.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that generated content or reports will meet your creative or commercial requirements.
VomiuStream provides organizational and creative tools for photography workflows. It is not a substitute for professional lighting, safety, or legal advice related to shoots, model releases, or location permits.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOMIUSTREAM TEAM AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it or using Delete Account where available. We may suspend or discontinue the App or your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
